  • Use genuine licensed software

We are not liable for data loss caused by client negligence or third-party tools.


4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payments

All service payments must be made as agreed in the contract, invoice, or support package.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided when:

  • A duplicate payment is made

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed work

  • Support services already delivered

  • Issues caused by third-party software or user errors

  • Completed project files (website code, designs, etc.) become the property of the client only after full payment.

  • System failures due to external software

  • Damages caused by cyberattacks or malware

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the service.
